Please read these terms before using Ranpick. By using the site you agree to them.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set the conditions of the service provided by Ranpick (the “site”) and the person who runs it (the “operator”), and the rights, duties and liability of users and the operator.

Article 2 (Service)

The site provides the following for free and without registration. It is run by an individual and shows ads to stay free. Using it creates no contractual obligation or warranty between you and the operator.

Article 3 (Nature of the information)

  1. Every draw is independent. The site's statistics and generated numbers are for reference only and neither predict nor guarantee a win.
  2. Winning numbers, prizes and store information are based on published results but may contain entry errors or delays. Always confirm actual wins and prizes with Dhlottery.
  3. The site does not sell lottery tickets and has no relationship with Dhlottery or any other lottery operator.

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

  1. All information and features are provided “as is”. The operator does not warrant accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for any purpose.
  2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator accepts no legal liability for damage arising from buying tickets or making decisions based on the site's information, statistics or generated numbers, including but not limited to ticket costs, failure to win, lost expected profit or damage from incorrect information.
  3. The operator is not liable for damage from service interruptions, delays, errors or data loss, problems with your device or network, the content or services of external sites such as Dhlottery or Naver Maps, or events beyond the operator's control such as natural disasters, power outages or hacking.
  4. The operator does not intervene in disputes between users or between a user and a third party and is not liable for resulting damage.
  5. A user who causes the operator damage by breaching these terms or the law shall compensate for it.

Article 5 (User obligations)

  1. Lottery tickets are for ages 19 and over. Minors may not use the site's information to buy tickets.
  2. Whether and how much to play is your own decision and responsibility. Please play responsibly.
  3. Sending many requests in a short time with automated tools, disrupting the service or accessing the server without authorization is prohibited.
  4. The site's screens, text, statistical methods, design and logo may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Public factual data such as winning numbers is not restricted.

Article 6 (Changes and suspension)

  1. The operator may change the service without notice, or suspend it temporarily or permanently for maintenance, failures or operational reasons, without liability.
  2. Results are checked and applied by the operator after each draw, so they may lag behind the official Dhlottery announcement.
  3. My Numbers are stored only in your browser, so they disappear if you clear browser data or change devices, and the operator cannot restore them. Keep your actual tickets safe.

Article 7 (Personal information)

The site has no sign-up and collects no personal information such as names or emails other than what you write in a bug report. Details are in the Privacy policy.

Article 8 (Changes to the terms)

Changes are announced on this page with the effective date. Changed terms apply from that date, and continued use of the site means you accept them.

Article 9 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If any part is held invalid, the rest remains in effect. Disputes between the site and a user are first settled by consultation; failing that, a suit may be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
